Each swimsuit is a wearable piece of art. The floral pattern, from Maria’s handmade watercolour drawings, takes inspiration from the roses in her mother’s garden.
We champion slow fashion. Our swimwear line is produced in a considered way: each limited-run piece is designed in Paris and made locally in France from sustainable fabrics.
We’re Inspired by nature, and nature never goes out of fashion. We do not aim to chase trends. We use simple and timeless shapes that make sure that each piece is perfectly adapted to different body shapes and is never ‘last season’.
Fabric
All our fabric is made of 100% recycled polyester called Rpet. Rpet is the first step towards recycling from PET* or PolyEthylene Terephthalate, a material that comprises 70% of the packaging of carbonated drinks, soft drinks and bottled water.
Production
We are proud of the short and local production process that we have built. The product is designed in Paris, the fabric comes from northern Italy (Lombardy, one of the closest regions to France) and production takes place in central France (Clermont Ferrand region).
We limit the amount of fabric produced to avoid over-producing, and we have carefully thought about placements and cut outs of the pattern to reduce surpluses and deadstock.
