Hi, I am Maria.

I’m an artist combining my creative passion with a curiosity for entrepreneurship.

My journey in fashion is not traditional – I have never studied or worked in the industry – but my appreciation of beautiful clothing and strong desire to see my artistic creations take a tangible form pushed me to launch Maria’s Vanity in 2024.

My love for art was born very early, I always felt it more natural to express my feelings through painting and drawing.

My fondness for fashion is a gift from my mom. Growing up in the Soviet Union, she knew how to work wonders with limited resources, making outfits look stunning: conscious fashion before conscious fashion! She taught me this along with her incredibly fine sense of colour and impeccable taste and elegance.

I am a Parisian with an international background. Born in Russia, I have spent most of my life in Europe, living in the UK, Italy, and France. The mix of the four cultures has a strong influence on my art. In my creative work, I am blending Parisian elegance with inspirations from Italian lifestyle and nature, Russian artistic traditions, and British creative freedom.
